audiofanaticz
Unless they add both front and rear axels together. Not 100% on how that works. Because googling the trucks weight says it is 4,868lbs so that alone seems to be over GVWR. According to my driver door: GVWR is 6,800lbs GVWR FRT is 3,600lbs GVWR RR os 3,750lbs Also The front steer axel in my picture should be 460lbs, and the drive axel should be 7680lbs. But how I was on the scale and didnt know that there are 3 seperate sections of the scale made it come out weird.
Jessica
what does your truck weigh empty, what is payload? add them up. doubt it is less than that scale ticket. I mean, audio is heavy but porbably not as heave as a load of scrap iron. Quote Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. boom50cal
yeah it's over gvwr. GM vehicles generally have a lot lower GVWR's than comparable dodge and fords. A 2006 Silverado 1500 has a GVWR of 6100-7,000lbs, while a 2006 F150 like mine, option dependent, can be up to 8200lbs. My truck is a 7700lb GVWR truck, and it weighs like 5850 or 5950 empty. It's pretty baller. I could tow a fairly sized 5th wheel with it. Good thing DOT won't ever fuck with you brian. If you were a commercial vehicle, they would give you all kinds of hell over being over weight.
