There are all these classes you have to take o integrity and stuff and pass a basic test before you can be approved for a business license. It's not that hard if you study for itWhere is that the law?In NY you just need to fill out a few forms and pay the fees. It's a joke. You have to take classes on integrity...was that not a give away? Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
