2003 Kia Sorento Build log (Pair of Team AA 15's in and playing)

There are huge differences between the 03 and 13 sorento's. I have an 03 and bought a 12 for the wife and after 08 they did a major revamp of the entire vehicle. I would highly doubt that anything is the same. I would like to know where this ground is OMEGA since i have the same vehicle i will need to use it too. Thanks in advance....

The strongest ground on this vehicle is the chasis, which is why I did a negative run from it. You can make a small hole, grommet it, and ground directly to the chasis if you want the strongest ground.

Where exactly did you drill the hole. Im also putting the amps in the rear of the sorento. And i would like to find a ground good enough for all 4 amps to use the same ground.

I didn't drill a hole, I just did a negative run. What I would do is get an agm for the back(it can be a small one), and wire all the amps to there.

Finally have a video lol

Camera sucks at picking up flex

Also meter last sunday, did a 144.3 at 46hz, door open in the kick, so I gained .1 from the last setup, but this setup sounds 100x better, and I'm getting more rise since I gained a volt.

Oh yeah, also ordered my new alt

For those who are curious, I ordered myself a DC Power 320. Biggest alt that bolts on to my suv, and does 240 idle, can you say no voltage drop lol.

$750 plus shipping

excessive amperage makes a 200 amp alt for half the price, I just wanted the biggest alt.
