Get better deals.there is some good deals out with out a sponser..but he shouldn't flame his only shop close to him.they need make living.now if you want help get loud n compete this is the place. This topic got so far out of hand with people doggin on my shit I lost focus and forgot to really mention I was only asking because everyone I see on YouTube is sponsored. Having a nice car doesn't really have anything to do with it, EXO has an old can and is sponsored by people. You wanted to see my car, cash, and system and when It took me a while to take pics and upload them I was automatically a lying troll. Guess y'all haven't seen 7000 cash? An just because someone has that kind of money doesn't mean they are stupid enough to blow it on shit for no reason. I know millionaires who still buy their clothes at Wal mart. Shit talkin to someone who has the same hobby as you so he is asking questions on a site meant for this purpose is pointless. You make it sound like we are all FOS, on this forum but every place else is all good. anywayyy.....to the OP - if you want a sponsorship, you have to do, do, do for that company......and maybe you will get a discount on something in the future. You take that discount and go big with it and maybe the discount gets better. Over time, if you are getting the type of exposure they want, they might toss some free shit your way to try out. Its all about what you can do for them, no the other way around. You will need to spend thousands of dollars just to get that first $100 discount. Also, don't be fooled. Lots of people will say "i am sponsored"....but lets be real, just because they got a $100 discount on something doesn't make them sponsored. To me a sponsorship is a FULL, FREE RIDE (a "free ride" you have to deliver the goods on though). If the company didn't give you everything you own and pay all your expenses to travel the country, you are not sponsored. A discount is just that, a discount. Perks, and lovin's from the company, are NOT a sponsorship. They are just that, perks. I am a good example. I am NOT sponsored by anyone. I get a free item to try out once in a while, i get my ride transported to be in a big show, just for fun......and maybe a hotel room once a year. But i still gotta buy my shit if i want it. I get a discount on some stuff and other stuff (not just RF), i just go buy. I would rather buy my own shit then call and beg for it. I did not mean for this topic to be started in hopes someone would sponsor me. I was just wondering how everyone got what they got. I know I've put thousands of dollars into upgrading my system over years and guess I have thousands of more to go. I oughta just stop now and stick with what I got before I bankrupt myself trying to do hair tricks and break glass . I take every comment seriously, the good and the bad, I don't mind if people wanna hate on what I have because I know it's plenty loud for what it is. I have never been to any shows personally because I know 2 15's in a stock aviator isn't gonna get a flock of people. But I guess I could go just for the experience one of these days.
