Hellbilly429 Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Holy fuck no Don't Do That! Wiring multiple batts is pretty simple, positive to positive and negative to negative. In your case run a positive run from front battery and connect to positive on back battery, then ground both batteries to a good clean chassis ground. Don't ground to the frame, seat belt bolt, etc, make a new ground on the chassis and sand it to bare metal, and bolt them down. Pioneerchuck Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 If im not mistaken what you're referring to as a chassis ground is something like your shock tower in your car. Since your car is a uni body and not an actual framed car you use a chassis ground which would be something like one of the shock towers. No real difference just a different setup as to how the car is built. Both ground effectively the same way.
