Box will be going into a Jeep Liberty or cherokee or something. It's a jeep suv.

The width i have is 42"

The box is for two Fosgate p2 8's on 350 watts.

edit:

scroll way down for new design, forget this one here.

Subs back aero port tothe side cause it's a small box.

This look ok to you? Fosgate recommends 40hz tuning, so i can make the port a touch longer.

You forgot to add in the displacement of the subs

Not sure what they are but idd say close to 0.14 for both

Switch the depth and width around

Width is 10 and depth is 38

That will fix the program thinking the port needs to bends

If you using a psp port get the 17" flared one

Rf recommend 40hz but its up to you

If you lission to dubstep r'n'b and other low end stuff tune it lower

Idd personal do it closer to 37hz myself

And if you don't plane to up the power you could go bigger on the box but idd stick 1.3-1.4net

I forgot the displacement, i see that now, thanks for pointing that out John. I just threw this together this morning before work.

When i get home i will tweak it.

Only thing i am worried about is running port to the side. I might be better of just to do a slot port firing the same way as the subs.

The guy listens to rap/r&b/hip hop so i may tune a bit lower. I just want to get as much output as i can, seeing as these arent a pair of 5k 18's I need to build this as efficient as possible.

Maybe i should do a fourth order.....

I did four P2 8s on a P700.1 in a PT cruiser for the g/f. Sounded great but didn't get super low. She did a dollar trick with it.

The link is in my signature.

Edit: The box was tuned to 40hz and had a -3db roll off of 33hz.

What you have is a 3 common wall port

So on Torres you need to add that as well

Just put a 3 in common wall box

And add your bracing in as well

When you do add bracing in watch how much the numbers change

lol, dammit. I keep making noob mistakes with torres. This is why i run this stuff past the forums. Nice to have a second set of eyes.
