Nikitaaa
Everyone is saying to help build your son a huge system but I respectfully disagree. It took me a long time to respect bass properly. When I just got going, I didn't understand that no one else wants tl hear my shit in their house or at the stop light. It took time for me to learn that and I'm just glad that I had a fairly small system at that period in time or else I would have had some very unhappy neighbors! But hey, maybe he already knows how bass travels and that it doesn't impress others as much as one might think because of all people he is your son and I know you respect others when listening to your system. Awesome whip man! Good luck and to those posting advice for steve like "SMD, 2500bdcp", I wouldn't expect him to listen to you because he is very independent when it comes to his systems. meade916
We spent some time last night and today "deleting" all the chrome trim and plasti-dipping it black. We did the side molding, front/rear bumper, grill shell and all the emblems. Yes, i KNOW the molding comes off. I am not sure what is under it yet, other then 12yr old paint that hasn't been exposed to the elements, next to paint that HAS. So no hurry on removing it. I did it to my own Tahoe 10 yrs ago so i am fully aware. Same for the emblems. They will come off too, eventually. For now, we just blacked em' out. Yes, we know, tail lights, rear springs and whatever else YOU think i should do.......but we know. Thanks anyway, in advance, for your advice - but we got it. One thing at a time So anyhow, i had my buddie Jack (you might know him) over to the shop, installing the new Viper alarm for us and while he was doing that, me and Antheny got busy on the Plasti-dip. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
damn that looks good thanks! i think so too! it's like the flat black gives it just enough contrast between the factory paint so it isn't "just black". It offsets just a little bit and makes it look better. We are happy with the outcome for sure 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong! Agreene
looks good, maybe taking off the GMC and Yukon decals on the rear would be better, still your car though well I mean your sons.

meade916
can we just tint the front windows and it will look finished for now. nope. not unless you wanna pay for his tinted window ticket. I will help him do anything LEGAL he wants to do but he will need a job first so he can pay for his own if he decides to roll the dice.....and gets caught with it. I would prefer my 17yr old son didn't start getting tickets though. 3 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Skater229
How stiff are the laws there? I know in Florida you can tint the fronts but only to like 30% and can do the rear a few shades darker... Will have to snap a pic of a few rides here on the base... They even have the windshield tinted and have a gap of about 6 to 8 inches open in the middle...
