I realized that I haven't upgraded the engine block to chassis portion of my big 3, and found that the wire was a tiny 16 gauge wire. Upon upgrading it, I'm seeing improvements all around. I believe the 13.4v I get when the car is warm is just my car. It's a 2005 Toyota Camry, with the 3.3L engine. Don't know if that helps with any research into this.
