Look-in good sir. Watching for update. It's going to get down from what I see sir. I Like how you deaden the doors, did you do the roof that way. I was thinking about the ground pounder rides and people not Deading there roof first before letting it play full-tilt for a while. That's how I think damage happen to the supports weaking and braking into half. After I deaden the roof on my truck, my bass seemed to play lower to my ear and it fixed a rattle I could find, it's a win win (My . 2 censt.) Nice build right here.

Brian at AA said the 7.5k will do great for the Mayhems, they will be wired to .5 ohm to get a little more juice out of it.

Got the 7.5k from Dre at SHCA and helped me through the process of choosing it to go with the mayhems. I know the mayhems will take lots more power than 1 7.5k but I am not trying to win any DB records or anything.

I dont know if Dre told you this or not, but wiring down to .5 ohm will void your warranty on the amp. Alot of people have no problem risking it, myself included, but just want to make sure you are aware.

i dont know why people wire to .5 ohms when there is more options to getting a bigger amp.. want more power get a bigger amp and run it at 1 ohm

Since alot of people that read this will take what I just said as "Amps will do more power at .5 ohm", that is NOT what that means. People wire down to try and fight impedance rise. If you wire down to .5 and rise up to 1.5, you are going to see more power than if you are wired to 1 and rising to 2. Yes I know music is dynamic and the impedance is constantly changing, I was just using that as an example.

sure he might get 7.5 of the amp if he wires to .5 ohms but he can get 8k after rise from the 9.0k if wired at 1 ohm and not void his warranty

i wouldnt buy a 2k amp and run it at .5 to fight rise and get 2k out of it.. if i need 2k i buy me a 3k or 5k amp and wire at 1 ohm..

same reason i got the 9.0k to run my 2 sp4 or my AA mayhems at 1 ohm and not risk anything

if powered properly the 7.5k will do over 7.5k, just have to make sure I have the power plant to do that.
