do i have to use the allen part, or could i solder it in, or will allen b ok... everything else will b soldered not crimped....

also just to make sure, to solder it, u take the blo torch and the metal wire stuff (forget whats its called) and do it like u do pipes right?

First of it is SOLDER not saughter. :)

Depending on the material of the reducer, "solder" may not take to it.

You will need to use "rosin core solder" if I remember right.

I would still use the allen bolt for extra piece of mind that the wire will not pull out if the solder didnt adhere to the reducer.

To solder your connection ends (ring terminals) you will need to strip your power wire.

Hold it in place with a clamp or vice.

Put the ring terminal on the end of the wire.

Heat up the ring terminal and begin to solder.

You want to use the heat from the terminal to melt the solder, not the flame itself.

You will need a torch, a soldering iron or soldering gun will not cut it.

yup free connectors he got's the right idea!

those others work but are bulky and make sure u get a cover on those.

U could always just trim the wire at the end and make it fit (my way)

only thing with that is you always run the risk of the wire comin out with a slight nudge

no not really... the wire is screwed down anyway you dont trim it down to a single thread just trim barely enough to make it fit.

yea i think thats the route ima go, it looks pretty clean too.. :)
