The MB quart 4 channels are really nice. A buddy of mine has an RA640.4 and loves it. corona_jeff Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 funny thing is and amp can be registered as CEA as long as its paid for. So basically the company tests there own amp and pays to say they tested to meet CEA standard. Its not like a 3rd party tests them.

Ive seen a couple people run them, and they look good for the price.
