soundstream15
For my big 3 I have welding wire, just normal welding wire from a local store, not sure what it is CCA or OFC but would it be worth getting car audio wire to say the least? With that being said when doing big 3 since its short lengths is it ok to run CCA?
Skullz
If it is 1/0 then no. You won't see any difference between the two and i myself prefer welding cable under the hood for added protection. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

snafu
The jacket on welding cable breaks down quickly with contact to petroleum based products. That's why you've never seen it used by any OEM - ever. Tony Candela - SMD Sales & Marketing Email me at [email protected] to learn about becoming an SMD Partner! Omega5002
Welding Cable is always pure copper, and 2/0 is comparable to nice car audio 1/0, just make sure to put some expanding sleeve to protect it under hood. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)
