newls1 Posted August 26, 2013 Report Posted August 26, 2013 This is going to be my HU of choice here shortly and wanting to hear from users who have actually have had first hand experience with this said HU. Been a LONNNNNNG while since ive owned a alpine, and 10 years ago when i used my last 1 i loved it. Are menu settings easy to find and change, or confusing as fuck? The main selling point for me is the "TuneIt" app. I can use my Andriod phone and change sound settings. Looking to hear from you guys who have used this app. I run active with no external xovers as my old HU had the capability to control all this and i know this app/hu can too, but looking to see if it is easy to understand and use???? I couldn't really blast the demo board loud but the adjustments from phone to head unit seemed spot on. I even tried the "download other tune set up" and it's pretty cool.My vote. Buy it and if you dont like it i'll buy it from you 50 bucks. If it's worth building, it's worth over building.

I have an active setup in my truck, and using this tuneit app and my smartphone, I have no need to go thru the radio itself to adjust all the seettings, i can just use the app...
