If you ran a 2.5" coiled sub that is rated for 600W RMS, why would you think twice about running a 3" coiled sub rated at 700W RMS(or 800W RMS if it's the 15" version)? Higher rated rms, bigger coil, rockford quality ( not saying sundown is bad quality ). I'm sure its a great sub, I know my T2 was.
