CleanSierra
You got too much jacket stripped. It likely arched and THAT is your cause. The brand of wire will also be telling. whatusay45
The brand is knuconpeptzz and the jacket only got pulled back when it melted.. the distro block has 3 mini anl fuses one per wire
CleanSierra
The wire is only rated for 100A, that amp can draw more than that. It looks like a VERY hard bend in the wire and it may have rubbed through Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

CleanSierra
How many amps do you have running off of the one distribution block. 2 1200s and your amp for highs? P.S. The other wire had a split in the jacket. Where the burnt wire is split is conveniently close to that screw that holds the block down. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
