CarAudioFab
Hey guys, Can anyone help me with finding the t/s parameters and cutout i.d. mounting depth for these subwoofers? There is nothing on Sundowns site, and I am having trouble finding these anywhere else. Any help would be appreciated. I didn't see any specs for the 12" but they have em for the 15" http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/sundown-audio/147283-sundown-z-v-4-series-10-12-15-18-pre-order-eta-june-2013-a.html I'm trying to order a pair of 15" Zv4 D2's from SSA but they haven't replied to my e-mails yet Almost 5" peak to peak xmech can't wait to bump em! Just wasn't sure how strict the 1750rms daily is?? I was going to feed them 2500 each -Jamie M.
Krakin
Don't have the T/S parameters but got the dimensions from EMF. Edit: My lord almost 2" tall surround... Edited October 21, 2013 by Krakin Quote Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist? I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. Indeed -- the 10" is a bit over-sized to fit the spider size I wanted and allow reasonable access to the terminals. No complaints from me, just thought you could call it maybe 11" subwoofer I made a thread for the T/S spec -- our site will have them all soon : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172918-z-v4-12-15-18-parameters-and-photos/ Much appreciated SSA doesn't seem to like to reply to e-mail, and their website says $0 shipping to Canada (which is of course not correct). CSG said they'll be getting in some Zv4's soon so I'll spend my money there instead
