Told the woman i wanted it just above my eyebrows, trimmed around my ears, and off the collar, but i wanted it layered also. I didnt think it was too hard to understand, and when she started cutting and i seen the front, how it looked, all jagged an shit, i was pissed! She acted like she didnt understand a word of the language i was speaking.
