will my speakers fit without rings

Try with some 9mm MDF, that should be plently and if not just double it up. You can probably get hold of some off cuts for free or real cheap if you ask at home depot etc or if they don't have any try some woodshops, if they had anything suitable they wouldn't charge you. Then its just 10 minutes with a jig saw and done :)

Check on Crutchfield they have a fit guide on speakers for your car.

pwx's are a deep mid. You could always ca glue a mdf ring to the inside of the door panel, cut out the stock speaker grille and the screw the mid to the mdf on the back side of the door panel if that makes any sense

Where can I find some speaker spacers. I think I'm going to measure the speakers and the diameter of the speaker hole and see what's up.

On Amazon their like $4 or $5. So if your not good with jigsaw, that would be an easy option.
