I always do that for any device that needs forwarded ports so I don't have to constantly change the settings. I think it's trying to give your Xbox an IP that has already been assigned to your computer or other device I let my router assign the first 50 or so addresses for DHCP (192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.50 on my router), and I use anything outside of that range for static IPs (like 192.168.1.137) 2016 Ford Focus SE No build log yetDC Audio 1.2K2x DC Audio Level 2 10" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
