Bolts and skeleton added and glassed in.

How thick did you make the skeleton, I'm doing this for the first time.

Good Looking work. where are you gonna apply the perforated material on? and what about the headliner???

I'm still playing with the looks of things, going to wait til headliner is in to really decide. But thinking: A, B (top and or bottom, 2 parts), and C pilars. And maybe incorporate it into the doors. (Sail, insert). Thought about wrapping my door pods with it, but idk if I would like that look.

I like what is going on in here that ipod and dash control thing is freaking awesome I am all kinds of jelly! Also like the micro suede console wrap! Good stuff keep it coming!

Sorry no progress on the build. Been crazy at work. Weather has finally been nicer so people are coming out of their holes. Haha. Won't have time til next week to even think about working on it. But on the bright side... MOAR MONEY! lol. So I see some more equipment and progress in the near future :)

Oh and I see how this works, I leave and don't sign on and I get comments... Might have to disappear more often ;)

Overall it's like 5-6 layers (chop mat) for the bottom skin.

I did 2 layers over the whole thing, a little layer under the bolt locations, another little layer over the bolts, then about 2 full layers on top of that. Then I just found weaker spots and/or stress points and added little pieces of chop mat here and there. I kind of sandwiched the layers together throughout.

For the top I used 3-4 layers of chop mat and I used an old plain white tshirt for my wrapping fabric.

Hope that helps
