Took a little break from mine around that time to install my old setup in mothers' 06' Trail Blazer.. I removed all the parts from the rear hatch to put the deadener on. 2012-06-19190659_zps55e61e4c.jpg2012-12-201530291_zpsc4f194d6.jpg2012-12-20153036_zpsb6baa4cd.jpg2012-12-22154148_zps89db6f15.jpg2012-12-221541551_zpsb691ca2c.jpg

I had bought her a 4 ga amp kit from audiosavings and it came with a 4 farad Cadence cap so I put it in,(I already know). I'm going to take it out and put my old optima YT either under the hood or put in the rear as a secondary.2012-12-22224856_zps19c41098.jpg2012-12-23105842_zpsff8ad89d.jpg This is one of my moms pitbulls so he was my helper that day. He was just standing in the doorway watching me so I put his long leash on and let him chill with me and he laid there almost the whole time That was her JBL 600.1 with her 2 P2D212's wired to 2 ohm that she bought years ago for her 99' camaro, sold that setup to a friend for $200 and gave her my setup. 2012-12-201530161_zpsdcd1e9d7.jpg

Here are the T1's in the box but that box was built for the P2's,I think it's a bit small for the T1's and port is too small as well.. She bought some sub grills from PMI and I had to do some modifying to get them on right. I got nylon spacers from lowe's that would fit in the holes on the trim ring, drilled them out a little bit for the screws and mounted them. I don't have any pics of it though but I'll get a pic of it next time I go over there. 2012-12-222249181_zps2c9051b8.jpg The deadener did pretty good on the rear hatch but when it's turned up to max clean volume (33/35 iirc) the roof has some good flex to it. Did I mention she's in her mid 50's? lol She usually has it up around 27-31 on volume so she's not scared and she says she gets some strange looks from people.. It has a Kenwood double din HU ( don't remember model right now),she replaced stock front/rear door speakers with Hertz 6.5 coaxials (entry line) and I bought her a pair of Hertz DT16 tweets for the dash..

Your a good son, i dont think my mom would let me pimp her ride!

She's been bassing since about 99 when we had to share a car and I put one of my old setups in it,as soon as she bought her camaro and got it home she was like oh hell no,I've got to have some bass.. lol Got a MTX thunderform for the cubby hole on driver side in trunk but it didn't take long before that one 10' wasn't enough and it blew so she ended up with the P2's and JBL 600.. Sometimes I regret giving her all that stuff bcus I could've sold that for a good penny or 2 but it made her happy when she got the demo in the TB.

Did this a few weeks ago..This is a co-worker that doubted the power of sound deadener until we put 72 sq ft of Stinger in it. Took headliner out and did 3 layers on roof and 1 layer on part of his doors.. His setup is 2 RE SX 15's (I believe,it could be the SEX series though) on 2 old school RF Punch 800a2's , Diamond audio 5.25" comps and 6.5' comps on 2 old school RF Punch 500a2's in a 99' gmc sierra 1500 ext cab. Needless to say it was a huge difference after deadening..20130902_172322_zpsb32e8d76.jpg20130902_172309_zps3cc2f5bb.jpg20130902_155742_zps850c8f1b.jpg20130902_155738_zps3a41a6b6.jpg20130902_195733_zps4e0a6809.jpg20130902_195754_zps3e7463ab.jpgHe was telling me he keeps smoking amps then he told me he was running all those amps on 1 run of RF 4 ga with 2/0 ground to frame,no BIg3 and a eBay alt. I was like no wonder man so talked him into ordering some SHCA 1/0 and did 1 run to the back for the sub amps and kept the 4 ga in for the mids/highs amps and did the big3. He had also purchased a XS D3400 for under his hood and is running some parts store battery as his 2nd with a 80 amp Stinger battery isolator. I told him we need to disconnect the 2nd battery and bypass the isolator just to see what it does but haven't done it yet. He definitely gained from adding the 1/0 and big3.

I applaud you for your wire management skills.

Thank you man,I try.. That TB was kind of sloppy though. I don't really care for the outcome on it but I'll change it when I finish moms ride.

Now it will be back to my install pics. I can't wait to be able to build my new sub box and afford the rest of my gear so I can be done with mine. Still need to find a shop with RTA to get it tuned properly but that will have to wait as well
