Trying to figure out a good spot for an amp rack in my build, I have a 2003 silverado. Anyone have any ideas , post em if ya got em

You can overlap to the passenger side horizontal and make a demo seat for someone to just sit outside the car. 1 seater.

Ha no.

Its pretty easy to do. I used flat aluminum bar and the factory mounting holes for my center console. bolted through the holes into the bar and then used threaded rod and nylon spacers to stack the amps. There are two cross pieces of MDF at the bottom of the rack. You can do aluminum cross pieces under each amp if you want and that was my original intention until I mocked it up and realized just how sturdy it is without it. I have to use sheet steel for the console because thats literally all the clearance I have. A few people have taken this idea and used it and I think all have been happy with it. It spooks people because its directly in front of the wall but if its built right you dont have to worry about it.
