fecupe2001 Posted May 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 Time to upgrade the subs, loudforce 85 series did amazing but i needed something brand new that could handle more power, got myself 8 massive Summo 15" subs, they are 1500 watts a piece and definitely way more BL, they are D4s so i´m still wired at 1 ohm... for now Also added some 2x4s inside the rear chamber with some fiberglass to add more strenght. This definitely was a major pain in the ass, subs were bigger than the loudforce so i had to jigsaw all the holes without any mask or glasses to protect myself cause i was in a hurry! Starting to look like something loud again DONE!!!! Car got way louder to the ears and also termlab, peak didn´t change BUT, bandwith got a little bit smaller, i could play 12 hz with the loudforce while i can´t play below 18 hz with the massive subs, is cool though, still moves more air now at about 25 hz I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains.
