I used to run pioneer, but after getting my clarion now way would i go back to pioneer. SQ imo is unbeatable. Packed with features and an easy user interface.

From the humdereds of post i read about the 80-PRS everyone that has one ia very happy with it, no matter what the application. P99 would be a sweet unit to have i wish they would drop the price some, I would upgrade for sure.

I have yet to really put my 80prs through its paces. (no mids/tweets yet)

I have a problem of the display flickering on and off at high volumes, and when i really lean on the subs. Drives me bat shit.

There is no pause on the dash, and i have to use the remote. For those that bass race, youll understand the pain in the ass that is.

The "funtions being clunky" i COULDNT AGREE MORE. I hate the "return" button, that you use to roll back, that also selects the TITLE you want on the dash.

I like how fast it is when i dump a 16g jump drive thats 7/8's full on one usb, and my 6g iphone that is full on the other. Song selction is as fast as your fingers.

Ill go on a full tilt review once i can use the funtions i bought the fucking thing for in the first place. (doors)

I would buy one. Especially if it's new. They're discontinued for next year from what I've heard.

You can use it as dumb or smart as you want, but you can't easily add all of it's features to an 8400.

Ive found it is fine for reference really.

The speed isnt there. But it actually works just fine. (in my case, and what ive seen anyway)

Its only on a few display choices, another retarded choice they made. Why not have it on every display? Deck bugs me at times.

OK that makes sense i figured it would be slight delay or off by a few tenths or so.. So what your saying is its not constantly on the unit at all times?
