I have a Lenovo IdeaPad, and I love it. I bring it around with me for work, and it's perfect. Lenovo has really amazing products. My uncle works at an electrical station (I guess that's what you can call it) for the state and all they use is Lenovo.

Also, I did enjoy my MacBook Pro, and it held up really well. The only downside is mine died due to a graphics card defect and I didn't get it repaired (I would've had to pay because it went out after the 4 year deadline for free repair).

Check these out. I have one with i5 8gb and a 250GB SSD and it is flawless. Even before I put the SSD in it I had no issues. Lightening quick. Tablet functionality without the gayness and with the power of a laptop. Perfect for ebooks. Graphic design with the multi-touch screen and the stylus is really awesome. New there $1800+ but at crackhead eBay prices you couldn't go wrong. They have a hot-swap bay too comes factory with a DVD burner but you can hot-swap an extra battery or hard drive (with cradles) even have a projector (like $700 though)
