Wizzy Posted January 8, 2014 Report Posted January 8, 2014 What to choose? 4 15" in wall or 2 18" in wall? Woofers are same brand and model for both setups. I will use it daily on music. What do you guys think? which one of the setups will slam harder on lows? Car is a small european hatchback.

Of course you would want to double power if they are the same as the 18s unless somehow the 18s are double the RMS or you are grossly overpowering them. So more money again for the extra power. Evan12 Posted January 8, 2014 Report Posted January 8, 2014 You should go with 4 15s. They cover up more surface area then two 18s would. But any way you go both setups will hit pretty hard but 4 15s would be louder.

There we go again, some 15s will like 4.5 cubes net and others will work in 3, see? also maybe the size of your baffle will not support the area of the port and the 4 15s. If you give dimensions and pics of the car inside, etc you will get better feedback. Also how much do you have to spend, if you want US brands you will have to pay a lot in shipping and import taxes.
