MrBigs63'
I am not a sub builder, but I would use some type of CA glue. If you make a call to PSI car audio they will get you fixed up in a hurry man. They know their shit.

ChrispyShimp
Got another update. I wanted to show what I was doing with the 2/0 lugs to flare them out, it's really simple, but I still wanted to show it. My socket of choice is a E12. perfect for this. Pound it in the result This is very simple, it's just clamp and pound. makes it a lot easier to get all that killer wire in there. Knowledge is the greatest tool in any garage. ChrispyShimp
ExoContralto used this to glue his XXX back together so I'm going use it too, if it held up for him it'll do the same for me. The separation So getting it off the box was a little work, didn't want to scratch the vinyl and it was sealed as fugg 32 POUNDS OF BEAST and there's the rust. I have more to post while I wait for the epoxy to cure. Knowledge is the greatest tool in any garage. It's also the most priceless, and most easily shared. ChrispyShimp
Practicing how I can apply pressure to the inner lip of the surround, had a bucket that fit perfectly! put two wooden rod in the basket and then slid some small sheets of wood to give the moving assembly something to hold it in place while the epoxy cured. cleaning and lightly sanding the area blue is where I cleaned, red is where i still have to clean. I'm surprised this POS camera took this pic so well. Da sticky this stuff smells like synthetic shit. didn't take any pics of the first application, I wanted to make sure I did it right and not worry about the POS camera shutting off while taking a time sensitive pic. Got the sticky where it's supposed to go! so happy, it looks good so far! Knowledge is the greatest tool in any garage. It's also the most priceless, and most easily shared. ChrispyShimp
An hour later, round two a third hand, so useful the results are in... Whilst waiting for the stuff to cure, I took a closer look at the T100z3 and found a puzzling issue. The weird thing is the amp still works, both channels play strong, the RCA solder joints are kinda iffy tho. How does this amp still work with this kind of damage, and what should I do? I'm totally horrible at soldering, and I want to use this amp, but it's damaged. What do I do? Smoove you have some advice, your a RF guy, know how to fix this? ChrispyShimp
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggggggg!!!!! the sub I just fixed is down a coil!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Either a re-cone (not likely) or a single sub box or a different sub and box. PM me if you have a good sub you don't need anymore. This is such a downer! I was ecstatic that the epoxy set so well, and pfft, all for nothing. Dammit! I have to build a box soon or I can't make SOTM. Dang. Knowledge is the greatest tool in any garage.
