Your car is way different then mine I'm sure, but a long zip tie or a wire snake will make it through. My lube of choice is sunscreen because its so easily accessible vs like lithium grease. When I did mine it hurt my hands like a mother effer. And I do not look forward to having to do it again to run active in my doors..

If that doesn't work then you might need help and have the door taken off bro and cut a hole. Some cars were not meant to have extras put in them. Maybe your car is one of them. Sometimes I feel x96 honda designers were assholes who didn't want you touching their handy work. But its part of the game bro. As much as I want your equip I don't wanna see a basshead give up. Give it one last really hard try.

Prepare for soreness, pain, cut hands, frustration.... And tons of cursing until you find the right curse word.

When the plug is offset as your mentioning, I open the door and put one side of the wire through the grommet to the door and the other side of the speaker wire through the grommet hole back into the car with a zip tie.

On the surface that the plug is on is there any other opening?
