Back windows can be spray painted black if wanted too. Most factory hue is already 50% So basically means you cant have anything on the front windows or windshields actually in California you can't have anything up front at all that isn't stock. Factory is usually 70% at best not 50%.... the wall is legal, don't worry about that. I believe all you need is your side mirrors and you are good to go.
