Anybody on here into nitro r/c cars

Recommended Posts

I had a Nitro Burner truck in the mid 90s. Truck was a beast, in the winter time i use to hook a sled up to it and pull my 2 yr old son around the street. I was younger and it seemed like every time i drove it i broke the main drive gear that was plastic. Had it for a couple years and just got to expensive to keep running. Lately i have been looking at getting an RC again because they look fun as hell.

Up until last month I had a revo 3.3, t-maxx with a pico .26, a yokomo gt4-rtr and a gt4w. A "friend" of mine got into pills pretty bad and stole everything.

damn man hate to hear that. i had a t-maxx at one point and could barely keep the front wheels down with the .21 i had on it and shredded the main drive gear on it (stupid plastic parts). instead of doing the smart thing and buying a new tranny and robinson gears for it i just sold it. kinda miss that truck.

once you get a speaker moving so hard that its possible to make tinsels slap, you are already kissing "SQ" goodbye. :D

Don't get me wrong, as I smoke Marlboro Reds, but if I saw one more kid with that smug-ass look (Look at me I'm smoking indoors) on their face, I was going to shove that thing so far up someone's ass that they'd look like a hillbilly trying to understand quantitative prediction theorem.

You know why people are ass holes online but not in person? Because getting punched in the mouth hurts.

^ x2 there are all kinds of trucks out there what you want to do with it is the most important thing. the price usually depends on the brand and the "pedigree" of the model.

all the revo's I've driven have been pretty good how are the carb adjustments on them and what temp glow plugs do you use. and yea I'm not big on electric but I've thought about it for an on road since nitro is so expensive, $30 a gallon at our r/c shop and the hour drive to get there, it becomes a pain on the wallet during the warmer months when I run my car more
