lilman
I want to sound DEEP and LOW. I like that drawn out sort of pressurized effect that 29-34Hz tends to produce. The "boomie" bass that is almost "thick" in quality

lilman
I was thinking about either highoutput enclosures dave the box guy or PWK designs seeing as there the only ones that actually take cabin gain into consideration
lilman
Hard toss up there though cuz they all got great reviews (though I've not heard as much on highoutput enclosures)

slowfkncar
I would definitely do two 12's over a single 15. A single 15 is all i can fit lol. so if i had the space for two 12's i would go for it. You may probably end up with more power with two 12's anyway. However, dont forget bigger woofers = higher sensitivity

However, dont forget bigger woofers = higher sensitivity Depends on the woofer. The XCONs have better sensitivity than the Sundown even though they are 12s and the Sundown 15. I think that I would go with the 15 because its cheaper and would be plenty loud. Also I like the look of the Sundown. If you are running 3800 watts I would probably go with the two 12s, better power handling. Flip a coin and go with it, you will be happy. I mean what sort of bass are you used to having. Have you ever heard a Sundown Zv4 or an XCON. If not you will be blown away no matter which one you choose.
SQL50
Depending on the app, if you just want low & loud.. One 15 would do the trick, I didn't research their prices, but I figure that the sundown 15 setup will be cheaper and require less power.. It will get you what you need, and drop some jaws in the process..
