Ahmed Johnson Posted February 4, 2014 Report Posted February 4, 2014 Those ebay alts are rated at like 1800 rpms, so unless you are hitting it you probably won't get that power. I would go with the manufacturers listed by the other members.

I think the 200 amp option was something like 380. 230 (?220 maybe don't remember) from Mechman was 440 shipped but I went with singer for the higher output. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.

j_1990 Posted February 4, 2014 Author Report Posted February 4, 2014 Thanks everyone! I guess the $140 alt from eBay I bought was too good to be true. Ill definately go with a brand name one instead of looking for the cheapest.
