Sick...

Thanks been alot of work!

Beautiful!

Thank you!

That thing is a piece of artwork. I would have wasted 10 sheets of wood before I got that large piece cut properly and still would have fucked something up when I went to bend and glass it. Super impressed. Keep it up!

Kerfing birch is a pain in the ass and getting it right is near impossible without shit tons of trial and error. If you ever do it be sure to do lots of test kerfs first! I love art!

Nice work! Great craftsmanship.

Appriciate it bro!

That is some good work.

Work being the main word here LOL

Note to self. Bug you next time I see you for a box lol.

Looks really good man you are a very talented man.

Thanks and if you want kerf in birch bring lots of money to do it right takes weeks and lots of materials.

You do amazing work my friend... Looks really good!

Thanks brother!

Well worked some more last night sanding and making the top perfectrly smooth. Then went on to add more to the paint like 4 or so more coats. The inside was already had primer so painted it white as well. Did not feel comfortable putting painters tape on the fresh coats for the top to paint it white so gotta do that today and add the threaded rod.

Here are some more pics

I just want to add the way the white inside the box contrasts the black is amazing and I love it!

Before the white inside

I have been working on designing a box with kerfs for my single 12" SD-2. This thread has given me some new ideas and tons of inspiration. Thanks for that! I just am not sure how to get the box tuning specs absolutely correct with all the curves on the inside.
