_paralyzed_
Man, those staples do nothing for speaker enclosures. Glue, screws and fiberglass man. Staples are a no no.
TheBrown57
Man, those staples do nothing for speaker enclosures. Glue, screws and fiberglass man. Staples are a no no. There is glue between the sides (tight bond 3) and so far the front baffle is holding up nicely and I've added screws to sections as well as I've found small air leaks. It's my first box and I didn't expect it to be clean and amazing. Honestly it's jankey as hell as far as I'm concerned lol I plan on eventually pulling it out I the trunk and coating the entire thing in fiberglass to add stability. Right now it does what I need it to do. New to the car audio world and looking to learn as much as I can.
TheBrown57
Starting work on the trunk this week to have it presentable for a car show on the 9th. New to the car audio world and looking to learn as much as I can.
TheBrown57
Trunk work was put off due to my Crank Position Sensor going out and had to park it while I waited for the part to come in. I have replaced the sensor and bought a few more things as well. First the trunk! Yes I know it's dirty, going to wash and vacuum soon. I have also got the dash kit for mounting my head unit and I should have the wire harness adapter for it tomorrow. New to the car audio world and looking to learn as much as I can. TheBrown57
Nice, Crescendo just shipped my 5500, it gets here Friday After 3+months of waiting I bet it will be worth the wait for sure. I'm thinking about getting wither the S1500.1 or the BC2000 to power the Type Rs until I can save up for the XLs and BC5500. Figure I can either re sell it or keep it for a future project New to the car audio world and looking to learn as much as I can.
