Airborne
I posted a link to a Fox story about the same thing. We can't even sell a rifle to people with Cali ID. ATF came in and gave us a list of states we can't sell guns to...
Miguels
only because Cali has weird way of thinking. A desert eagle 50 cal is not legal here because DE hasnt sent one in to test and approved by the state. there are many that Cali havent approved and most likely wont ever approve and even then it cost the manufacturers lots of money to even try and get the application going.. DE and many manufacturers will never send some guns to go through Cali testing. we only get what they think its what we should have my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/

Lbox88
Interesting, here you can carry in a building that serves alcohol, you just can't carry if you are drinking and you can't carry if the establishment gets over 50% of their income from alcohol sales. So basically can't carry in a straight up bar, has to be a restaurant that happens to sell booze too. UBL | Build Log
Airborne
NC lets us carry in strip clubs, bars etc. If you aren't drinking, are legal to own a hand gun and are permitted to conceal carry and the establishment doesn't have a notice posting otherwise you are good to go. Most didn't know this went into effect in OCT 12 and bar owners and patrons were calling 911 left and right.lol

bcpballer64
Indiana carry laws have no stipulations about alcohol or establishments that sell alcohol. At least none I could find in the legal code which I have read a couple times.
