CleanSierra
Here you go:I was able to get 33 Hz tuning. It's way under the port area that is ideal, but it should work without noise. I'd round over the port and inside and out with a 3/4" roundover on a router. It's 135" of port which is 67.5" per sub. Tuning is 33 Hz and internal volume is 8 cubes. If e go closer to the 10 cubes side, more port area can be had since the volume will allow that with the tuning. I have a double baffle included.Dimensions are listed in the Sketch but the port is 4.5" by 30" wide and is 21" deep physically. SO you would have a 3 pieces. 2 pieces that are 5.25" by 21" and the big port top is 30" by 21". You can also choose to take .75" off of each if you want them completely inside of the box. The outside dimensions areWidth - 40"Depth - 26"Height- 24"Port - 30X4.5" Edit- That will be $5.00 Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. CleanSierra
I'm sure the X would sound just fine in that box. It's about what anyone else would run for port area on a 15" sub. evermaxx
Lemme see if I can pull some more depth off.. Since I finally got my amps i'll do a cardboard dummy of the box and see what I can do. I'm pretty sure I can get away with another 2 inches of so with depth.. Really don't want to go any higher. I now I MAY be able to squeeze another inch out of width.
