MACnonsence6 Posted February 27, 2014 Report Share Posted February 27, 2014 about to get my pair of destroyers put together ordered recones from tantric got them on 12" ti baskets tantrics rating them at 3.5-4k rms each so im looking into getting a 6-7k amp @ .5 for them just looking to see who is doing hair tricks with 12s and on what power. im gonna take a guess and say ill prolly have no problem with these subs and that power sealed off firing into a 98 neon. going to get a dayton woofer tester to pull specs then try to design a perfect box around that. I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz.
