Just get out close, like Kyle said. Geometry and trigonometry if you need to feel better about a few inches as well. You've got a LOT of volume to eat up any errors, get er close and you'll be fine. A big ass enclosure well be less sensitive to minor mathematical mistakes.

You laugh.. but it totally works. I did a few years back for a completely odd shaped fiberglass box I built. If you think about it, it makes perfect sense, and is much easier then trying to break the box angles down into easy to manage sizes.

Yeah, I can see how it would work. Its a pretty clever idea actually.
