lowrider77 Posted March 18, 2014 Report Share Posted March 18, 2014 so currently i have 4 12" rockford fosgate power t1 subs powered by a rf power t20001bd (2000rms @ 1ohm) now my current truck caught fire thankfully all my system survived it (avalanche). . . so im debating whether should i just re-install this system in the next truck (escalade) or change it up im thinkin 2 18" fi ssd subs powered by the same t20001bd amp any thoughts? moredbs Posted March 18, 2014 Report Share Posted March 18, 2014 two 18s have more cone area than 4 12s but they both take the same air space.i also was torn with this decision i would say 4 15s thats what I'm shooting for more cone area than two 18s or 4 12s and about the same airspace as 2 18s,but its your choice.
