It last for anywhere from one hour to three. I'm on mobile most of the time, and that is when it does it. It's pretty much a giant cluster fuck because of that. So when you pull that is you get the denied message when you refresh to a new in you dont. That person may not have even been near you. It instantly says I'm unable to view this forum.
