treossi Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 well i go to universal technical institute, website is www.uti.edu, anyways, this guy that sits next to me was talking shit all day, literally 5 hours worth of shit, don't wanna go into it, it's besides the point. but i seriously got tired of it, but some shit happened in class, some words were said.. also besides the point. after school in the parking lot, he pushes me into my friends car as i'm walking away from him, yeah he pushed me in the back, i didn't see it coming. i fell off the curb onto my friends 350z pushing his passenger side mirror in. i didn't get a chance to retaliate, because his friends held him back, i also don't want to get kicked out of school, it's 30,000 dollars to attend 13 months of school there, basicly right now anger is talking, and i'm confused, and i seriously appreciate advice given dude is 6'9" tall, i'm 5"6, i know i will get my ass kicked if this dude decides to fight basically i want to know if i should report the incident, (IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CAMARA FOR THE RECORD) or just wait it out and see what goes on with him tomorrow once again, i'm still pissed off about it, and 10 beers in, i don't know what i should really do, thanks Quote Team sundownWESTCOASTSPL.COM we're throwing dbdrag events very soon visit the website for details Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Report his ass, hopefully he will get kicked out or put on "watch" so if anything happens at least ur school status is safe...don't risk THAT...but man, a beatdown....means he's gone...and I BET it's not gonna be a beatdown...you can fight back to defend urself, if you got friends there or even bystanders they aint gonna let some 6'9'' dude BEAT TO DEATH a dude thats 5'6'' in the campus Plot.....so Just tell him it's not worth fighting but that you're going to defend urself....it's HIS dumbass MISTAKE to make. I'm 5'4'', 130lbs tops. It's amazing how "tough" the guy is when he's got you a big size advantage but trust me if he did do something it'd be a "scuffle" maybe a punch or few and then over...and it'd be his ass expelled (right?) and no more worries...especially if he's arrested....or if he comes back to campus after being expelled to "rematch" ....just stay inside and call the cops. It's their job to come and handle it. I have called them many times to come and investigate shit at my shop and they are alwasy willing to do so.
