Peruta filed a case against san diego ca saying the california requirement for just cause to obtain a ccw was unconstitutional according to the 2nd amendment. He won a 2 to 1 decision on a panel of 3 judges. Theres a 90day window for appeal from the day of the decision. What do you guys think about that? Im 23 I own guns. Ive never been arrested and I do have firearms traing and classes so pretty much all of this would qualify me for a permit if the decision becomes law.

You would have to take CCW class. But I believe CA has CC but it takes an act of God to get one

Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born.

My penis is bigger than your penis

I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.

Well to my knowledge its a few way you can get it. Basically you need alotta money or bad luck heres why. theyll give ccw to pawn shop owners, gun store owners, liquor store owners, money exchange or check cashing store owners, private investigator, high profile security personnel/body guard, retired law enforcement or to anyone who has experienced and documented a rape, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder ect. I shouldnt have to get raped or open a business to be allowed to exercise my constitutional right to bear arms. Thats how I feel. I feel peruta is right hes got a good case there ill be watching and waiting to see if it goes to the supreme court because 1 of the supreme courts main objectives is to uphold the constitution and make sure ppls constitutional rights arent being denied or oppressed..right?
