Upgrading Amp (2 SA-10s) 2400 Too Much?

I've had my new setup for about a month now, and I can't help but feel like I can push these SA-10s harder. I currently have a Hifonics HFi1500D which claims 1500 RMS but I'm not entirely sure that's true. For my upgrade I am looking at a Hifonics BRX2400.1D, I'm not too sure about it and I was wondering if anybody has used one before or thinks that it might be too much for my setup. I've got these two 10's in a 4.2 cu box tuned @ 29 hz. Here's a video for reference...

If anyone has any better suggestions for a new amp, I'd definitely like to hear them. I've got a budget of about $350 and I'm not loyal to any brand. All help is appreciated, thanks.

At the cleanest signal out that amp you'll maybe see 1800w so you'll be good. I had 2 10s on an aq2200. Just gotta be smart about it

So I think I'm just gonna go with the BRX2400.1D, from what I understand evermaxx said that on a good day it's probably not gonna get over 1800. Even if it does put out what it's rated then I'll just have a bit extra to play with.

I have limited experience with the SA 10" woofers, so take this with a grain of salt.

I wouldn't feel comfortable putting 1200w to each woofer in an enclosure that large.

I'd be comfortable putting a 3.5k to a pair of SAs, thermally.

Mechanically, watch and listen. Don't get overzealous. Nothing wrong with running a bunch of power, just bear in mind the limits of your sub and have some restraint on your volume knob. Not too long ago I got a bit excited, jumped the gun and blew out my surround.

Thermally: Don't clip it, don't push it if they get stinky

Those subs can handle 1200 watts of clean power. I've run an SA-15 on 1500 watts in a t-line with no problem. Just don't send them a clipped signal.

You are going to need a new box. The 4.2cubes you have is way too big for that much power. I guarantee that you will break the triple joints on the sub's in a box that big.

It can/will be louder on the meter on a regular size box, but don't expect it to be much louder to your ears.

You have a budget to find some better amps : take a look at SoundQubed, Sundown (used on db-r.com for example),...
