harlemn8ive
Just got my car and after all i have been doing researching and what not I am ready to begin my build. This is my first real build as i have dropped speakers in cars. But this time I plan to take my time and do things correctly. I call it a budget build because I don't have unlimited resources so at times it will be slow. But I plan to put everything together piece by piece. All the way over here in Okinawa Japan I am pretty much at the mercy of the mail man here. I hope every one enjoys the journey as I am sure it will be a long one. here is my car. I plan to put some more pics up in the morning. harlemn8ive
Its a Toyota Mark II they were only made in Japan. It has a 1JZ engine( The same one in a Supra but this one is slightly better) Today I was my first weekend with my car so I changed the oil and the grill and gave her a good washing. My friend had the same car but wrecked his and gave me a good deal. so i have extra parts! his wrecked car took it off sanded primed painted before after pics under the hood and inside hard to see but it says turbo currently about 300 hp waiting on my speakers so i suppose i will do the big 3 change out my terminals and install my boost controller, FMIC in the oncoming days thanks for showing interest http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o246/harlemn8ive/Mark%20II%20start%20to%20finish/20140412_183216_zpslbzw0mj5.jpg Check out my build slow but... slow and steady wins the race http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/185561-1st-build-budget-toyota-mark-2/

RCP Audio
I love mark 2s I had one a couple of years back and loved the shit out of it. If I didn't need a work vehicle I would still have PSN: Rcp_soundz Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at. I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k. 1991 Mazda 323VERY small build thread here: http://www.stevemead...23-small-build/
