May I ask how you build Octaports? Assembling is cake.. Dont even have to use nails or screws. I stand each piece up at a time with one side skimmed in glue, until i have a full octagon. Then I slip a ratchet strap over the outside and crank it down tight. Leave it like that for an hour (in 70-90 degree weather) and its cured solid.

**Update**

Customer went to a show this last weekend. Subs were MAYBE seeing 800 watts. Plays almost PERFECTLY flat from 20-65 hz, with a peak at 32hz. He managed a 145 at 32hz, with zero testing, and zero electrical (literally, still running the factory lead acid battery and nothing else). Can't wait until he puts some real power to those subs! I heard from another guy that it looks like his door is about to fall off around 28 hz.
