I like the S5, HTC One, and Note 3 (bc i watch netflix at the gym/ golf at work) Whats the best way to get around losing my data? If i upgrade through Verizon they take it. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. But that being said, different stores will give you different answers. Don't give them your number to pull up the account, that will show other stores that you've already asked about options. Just keep the guy/gal talking and answering your questions. If they don't give you the answers you want, try another store. I've had one store swear they wouldn't waive a restocking fee for a lemon phone, and went to another and had the guy waive the fee no problem. If you threatened to leave you were automatically escalated to retention. It's worth a try. The alternative of course is to buy your own phone. The account was not in my name, but the rep said if we changed it he could honor the original deal for another 2 years. We played around with them for like an hour doing the same shit and my htc edged it out every time. I put my phone into eco mode and it was almost as fast as his was lol My dad pointed out the difference in speed, and i didn't believe him at first because i was in love with the note 3 when it came out.
