Others have tried to help only to have you (the person asking for help) tell them that can't be the problem cause obviously you know it all. It also seems like you have it embedded in your head that kicker is crap cause you keep saying. Well I can tell you from personal experience they are not. So what you need to do is start listening or otherwise stop asking questions if your not going to listen to the answer. Yes learning why it happened so you don't do it in the future is good but at this point I wouldn't worry about it. If you want a full range speaker then get full range speakers and not a sub. As far as for you dad just go ahead and get a 8" sub. Looks like it's time to cut open the 6.5 kicker! Now if you don't mind I'm gonna go turn my gains all the way up. Subs = 2x Rockford Fosgate p110's in custom ported box Amp = Rockford Fosgate 451s (115 watts rms x 2 into 4 ohms) Rear = Sony xplod 6.5 coaxials (they were on clearance at target ) Front = Soundstorm 6.5's Wire = some 8 gauge crap my friend gave me head unit = an older alpine I'M POOR OK
