Did a 146.3DB now how can I break 150?

Especially assuming you're doing about a 43 on the glass right now.

Took a bit more for me, but I measure at the head and I'm in a Suburban with a street box setup behind the second row and under the seat line.

technicaly you should add 2 more 12`s and double your power with a good box and electrical to back up the power u added. that should get u very close if not there. if i was u tho id get 2 nightshade 15`s and double your power you would def hit 150 if your box is built right.

There is no def way he cN hit 150 by doing that. That 146 is a 43 on the dash 42 sealed probably.

Tru i must have missed how he measured. i hit a 146.5 sealed legal and 149 outlaw. i upgraded from a ss3400 to a lanzar 4001d and went to a 149.7 sealed legal. so theres really to many variables to tell.

You're going to need to change equipment. To jump 4 dbs from where you're at, you're going to end up tossing more money in there.

You wanna get loud with your equipment? Here are some tips:

1) Buy a termlab

2) Time for a new box... make it small. Tune to your cars resonant frequency. Skip the internal bracing and do a double layer all around. Internal bracing will make the airflow less efficient. Glass or paint the inside of the box. Use a flared slot port or areo port. They are more efficient. I would honestly do as much port area as you have room for... some would disagree though.

3) Buy an amp you can get some power out of. If that means wiring low, so be it. Just know your rise where you will be burping.

4) Figure out how your organization meters. Sometimes you will peak differently depending on where the meter is located.

5) Play with seats, armrest, visors, etc for the loudest score.

6) Burp your peak frequency

7) POST RESULTS

If you do a 150 with that equipment. No matter the box you have I will buy if for 10000 dollars all day.
