I hope you get to go out for a good day run with your machine. We went to Sand Lake Oregon for a week with our quads and had a blast! First time for us in the dunes and we are hooked. My KFX700 came with Hole Shot tires and I went everywhere my friends went with paddles and never got stuck once. Hope your finger stops throbbing soon. Lol that shit sucks! Great wives are hard to come by and I know exactly what your talking about. I'm battling cancer right now and it's been hell for us but she's never left my side. PRICELESS!

Steve I'm just gonna throw this out there, you may already know, but tires with low air pressure do better in the sand. Obviously not helpful if you have no way to fill them back up so on your next truck install a couple little tanks and an air compressor. Comes in super handy. You can fill up your tires, rzr tires or a buddy's tires. They have smallish tanks that can be tucked out of the way. Just an idea. Like I said you may have already thought of it.

damn,, did the same thing years back with 2 industrial magnets weighing 50lbs each . they clapped together on my thumb,

sounded like a .22 went off. could feel every heartbeat in my thumb... but, just don't tear that nail off allow it to fall off ,or it'll

never grow back the same .. seen some pretty ugly ones before just from pulling it off ..

that is super shitty about your finger dude! But at least you had somewhat of a good time at the dunes! with those fancy razor and new tires, check out Dumont Dunes if you havent been there yet. lots of fun and competition hill. But what if dunes doesnt hit the spot today? check out some abandon gold mines and ghost towns. 10/10 would go again.

Edit: Go on a holiday. a bunch of people set up almost like a mini town full of stands for parts for quads, eats and drinks, that kind of stuff
