I was wondering if you can give me a box design for 2 sa-15's on 1700 watts in a 2000 explorer sport. 41"w x 24"h and I have the rear seats folded down so depth isn't a problem. Subs up, port back at 33hrz. Thnx in advance.

So here is a suggestion, power: to sub(s) rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 4 1/2", figure is just an assembly guide, you don't need to do all the bracing shown, just the top to bottom braces (1 1/4" rods) and the port brace:

25 x 4.5 port..... inefficient.

Port efficiency has been a hot topic here the past few weeks, i've learned a lot, but Im no designer. How is it bashing when there has been plenty of info provided showing how ratio affects efficiency? Joe gives out free design, good for him.
